A final payment of the remaining balance is due on the last day of mural completion.

After you've received your final design to be painted and have approved, I will provide you with a written work estimate. If you are interested in learning how I arrive at my price quote, see my page on mural rates. 

We start with a free consultation. During our conversation, we'll do the following

  • discuss the area you'd like painted
  • talk about any possible ideas you might have
  • get size/measurements and photos
  • get your budget
  • find out the desired start date and if there are deadlines

I will provide you a proposal for work which includes a contract agreement. After looking over, agreeing, and signing, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to book your project. This allows for ordering of supplies and secures the scheduling dates.

I typically work 7 days a week, 12+ hrs a day. Hours only change due to weather conditions. I like to touch base regularly to ensure that expectations are being met and everything is on the right track. I work until we are both satisfied with the results. I'll let you know when I am close to completion and we'll review the work together - if there is anything missed or doesn't feel right I will make the final adjustments if needed.

We begin the design process with a clear description of the "feel" or "mood" of the piece. This is typically achieved through sharing visual ideas and images that might inspire the artwork.

After our initial conversation, it's time to start the sketching process. A non-refundable fee is required to begin. Please be a specific as possible with what you want to avoid extra charges with revisions.
